Ron Niemi
Mr. Niemi was educated as a construction manager and has twenty-five years of professional building design, construction, operations and maintenance experience.  He has worked for a consulting engineer; Schuchart & Associates, Inc., a construction management company; Ebasco Services Incorporated,  and a contractor; Canron Construction Corporation, Inc. from 1977 through 1989.  From 1989 to 2006, he was the Statewide Facilities Program Manager for the Washington State Department of Transportation in Olympia, Washington. 

Ron earned the Certified Facilities Manager (CFM®) designation through the International Facilities Management Association.  He has been a multi-family and commercial project developer in the Olympia, WA area since 1995.
