Nick Parodi
Nick Parodi holds a Bachelor's Degree in finance and a Washington State real estate licence.  He is a Candidate Member to the Certified Commercial Investment Members organization and has 10 years' experience in real estate and real estate finance including work in the primary and secondary residential mortgage markets, property management, investing and consulting. Nick currently serves as president and founder of Fulcrum Real Estate Services, Inc.

Fulcrum Real Estate Services provides consulting to multi-family property owners in the areas of financial feasibility and modeling, investment strategy and management operations.
